Do not fight the urge of thinking negatively but change the way you think into a positive one. This is called constructive thinking. In constructive thinking you get to self- talk your way into thinking that you can do it. Tell yourself – “Yes, I can. Yes, I can” over and over. Once you have calmed down, ask yourself questions that can help you clear out negative thoughts. Like, “what is the best thing to do?” if you encounter situational problems. Asking yourself questions that will make you act upon a situation will most likely make you do things to deal with that certain situation.
Since negative thinking disrupts the way you perform, be sure to have a support system. People, who you can run to in times of doubt and mischief, can help you surpass your dilemma. They can give you advices that you can take into consideration. They can even encourage you to think positively. Choosing the right people to turn to is important.

That person must be trusted and know you well so that you can be reassured that he or she will really help you.
Getting to cure negative thinking is easier said than done. If you think that your case is getting worse, you might want to consult someone to counsel you.
